MY BACKGROUND
From Corporate to Founder
For 17 years, I helped build and expand iconic brands in LATAM, US and Europe. I'd the privilege to work on companies like Tetra Pak, Philip Morris and Newell Brands.
During my time in Newell, I led teams across marketing, branding, innovation and product development for brands like Mr. Coffee, Oster, Crockpot, Sunbeam, Bionaire and Calphalon.
I loved what I did. I helped grow businesses and saw one of our products featured in Time Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2019.
But the real story started the day I realized I was craving for something bigger. I wanted to get more control of my time and my professional growth.
Because loving your career shouldn’t mean missing your kids’ moments. That day I decided: there had to be a better way. A way to honor both my professional passions and my parenting heart.
MY MISSION
Why I created Unlocking You?
My turning point came during a last‑minute board presentation… the day both my kids were sick, my husband was traveling, and I was racing between mom‑mode and career women. It was in that chaotic moment, that I realized I was building a life I didn’t want.
So, I gave myself permission to rewrite the story and build a life that honored both my career and my presence as a mom, wife and women. A life where I could lead with clarity and be fully there for my family.
I realized that visionary women don’t need more hustle. They need clarity, confidence, and a way to build on their own terms.
That’s why I created Unlocking You—a program for visionary founders who want to turn their offline expertise into life-first, purpose-driven online brands. We don’t follow someone else’s formula. We co-create a uniquely aligned business path that honors your values, your rhythm, and your hard-earned wisdom.
