Hi! I'm Isabel
I'm a bilingual business and marketing coach for female founders, and I know firsthand what it feels like to be deeply capable, quietly overwhelmed, and hungry for a way forward that doesn't cost you everything else.
I bring the strategy. The clarity. The plan.
But I also bring the emotional intelligence to help you hold space for both your business and your personal expansion, because the two are never really separate.
I was born in Ecuador, built my career across multiple countries, and now call Florida my home.
Proud mom of two. Rooted in faith, integrity, and the deep belief that your business should support your life, not consume it.

MY BACKGROUND
From Corporate to Founder
Before I became a coach, I spent 17 years building global brands inside Fortune 500 companies across LATAM, the US, and Europe — leading teams in marketing, branding, and innovation for names like Mr. Coffee, Oster, Crockpot, and Calphalon at Newell Brands.
I even had one of our products earn an honorable mention in Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2019.
I loved what I did. And then one day, I realized I was craving something more, more control over my time, more ownership of my growth, more presence in my own life.
Because loving your career shouldn't mean missing your kids' moments.
That realization changed everything.
MY MISSION
Why do I do This Work?
My turning point came during a last‑minute board presentation… the day both my kids were sick, my husband was traveling, and I was racing between mom‑mode and career women. It was in that chaotic moment, that I realized I was building a life I didn’t want.
So, I gave myself permission to rewrite the story and build a life that honored both my career and my presence as a mom, wife and women. A life where I could lead with clarity and be fully there for my family.
I realized that visionary women don’t need more hustle. They need clarity, confidence, and a way to build on their own terms.
That's why I created this work. Not to hand you someone else's formula — but to help you build something that is unmistakably, unapologetically yours.
